Hamsto is a Danish concept that makes available affordable storage options and helps people monetize unused spaces such as basements, attics, and garages as an “airbnb for storage.” Black worked with hamsto on a go-to-market strategy along with a revamped visual identity and digital presence to tap into the sharing economy and become the region’s leading provider of storage units.
Denmark’s Most Affordable Storage
The mission of hamsto is to become the number one airbnb-style provider of storage units in Denmark. For our creative and digital team at Black, the goal was to create an identity and presence that can amplify this mission.
The iconic colour palette, clear fonts and site layout were not by chance. Black’s creative and digital teams worked with hamsto to A/B test different elements on the site in order to arrive at pages that were not only aesthetically pleasing, but easy to navigate and conducive to action and conversion.
The visual identity and SoMe (social media) elements were crafted to be recognizable and readable on any screen, encapsulating the brand promise and value proposition. Black’s digital team supported through the digital process, mapping the customer journey and developing custom dashboards and analytics.
